PATRIZIA AND ALEX

Patrizia, an Italian chef from Rome has a passion and understanding of classical Italian cooking. She is very excited to be working with the wonderful Cornish produce as well as adding her own creativity to reimagining some Italian and English classics.

Alexander is an award winning chef (Good Food Guide, Cooking Score 4, Trenchermans Awards Shortlisted in Creativity & Innovation, Cannonball Chefs Award) originally from Malborough, Wiltshire. He is renowned for his innovative use of fire, smoke and flavour which brings a simple and unpretentious take on the modern British style of dining, whilst also calling upon both European and global influences.
